ANY_BOOK/com I do believe they use at least one alias, but not sure of the name it is under. They sell books through amazon.com Company is a scam and Amazon allows this to go because they make a hefty profit from this unethical seller Internet

Like other people I'm a victim of any_book (an amazon seller) also. They posted 2 listings of my book for a ridiculous price even though they don't have a copy, especially a new copy. I'm the only person who has new copies since I'm also the publisher as well as the author. Amazon chooses not to do anything about this seller. Amazon makes a lot of money when this seller sells to an honest, unsuspecting customer.
Please do not use this seller any_book. There are lot of ethical book sellers to buy from. Please pay attention to what you are buying and at what price. This seller just waits for customer to makes errors and hit the wrong seller button. You can't teach people ethics, and shame on amazon.

Any Book is a dropshipper
AUTHOR: Chris - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, December 19, 2009
Any Book stocks few if any of its books. It waits for a sale, and then finds it from another seller at a different online venue (or sometimes the same venue) for a lower price. They're a dropshipper. They have a software program that automatically posts books for most of the ISBN's available on Amazon at a price much higher than market. If they cannot find a cheaper copy available on the net, they'll refund the order. Given their volume, as long as they keep their refund rate less than 15 percent and their feedback above 90 percent, they'll continue to sell on Amazon.
Dropshipping is an approved method of selling on any online marketplace. Due to lack of logistical control, it will take a toll on a sellers feedback, but if volume is high enough, it'll appear minuscule and be in compliance with the platform rules.
