AOL charged me a year later for a dsl modem that I sent back and told me oh well we can't reverse the charge Cleveland Internet

It started a year ago when I received a dsl modem in the mail that I didn't want. I called and asked what it was for and they told me. I told them I didn't want it and I sent it back last Oct/Nov.

In June I noticed a charge on my account of $31.05 for aol dsl. I called and they reversed the charges. Then the next month I am charged again! I call back and for some reason that person never cancelled the dsl but now it is cancelled. After causing an overdraft on my account of $30.00. They tell me they can't reverse the charge again but they will give me 2 months free of AOL.

Well now in October I am charged $99.00 for a modem that I sent back in NOVEMBER! They don't have a record of it so I am S.O.L. They went into my account without my authority and charged me $99.00 for a modem that I can't prove I sent back a YEAR ago. That is a huge RIPOFF in my book.
