AP9*Shopping Essential Ripoff and Fraudulent billers Connecticut

In late Nov 2006, I noticed a 19.95 charge on my wife's Visa account from "AP9*Shoping Essential. I figured she had bought something for a family member for Christmas and thought no further about it. In Jan. 2007 the same charge showed up again, also in Feb and each month thru June. My wife has called repeatedly to find out what we were paying for, to no avail. I called and all I could get was a recording. I called two other companies that charges appeared from Passport to Fun and At Home Rewards. They each had the same recording answering their phones, and all were located in CT. Perhaps they are all the same ripoff artists? Has anyone else had these same charges show up?
