The 27th of Dec 2015, I requested a part to repair my built-in 1/2 time Apollo Microwave. I received the part on the 2nd of January 2016.  The part did not fix the problem, so I called Apollo's parts dept and tld them I was sending it back, they said OK and on the 6th of January I UPS the package back to Apollo.  I waited about a week and I called the Parts Manager to ask for my refund and he said it would be processed that day.  I have left 4 messages with Apollo to get my $120.00 refund.  Now as of 29 Feb, they no longer answer their phones with a live person.  This company is probably going out of business because of all this hiding.  They are 100% ripoffs.

In regard to this case, the customer returned the part. The credit was given back to the customers credit card on 3/1/16. Accounting Manager of Apollo called the customer on the phone and explained the credit was given. There was a misunderstanding of the part being returned back and receiving from our shipping dept. This has now been cleared, part received and credit is given. The customer is now satisfied. 

In regard to our 800 customer service line. We may not always answer the phone. However, we do leave an automated answer machine explaining we are open 9am to 9pm eastern time. If we do not answer the phone, customer is asked to leave their name, number and a brief reason for their call. We call back all customers who leave messages on the 800 service line. We also have an email "[email protected] // ". These emails are returned within 24 hours. Thank you.
