I had a sprinkler system professionally installed 2-years ago. First year of winter the Apollo Valve that was made with a little portion of plastic produced a hole in it. I have a insulated cover over the valve. The cooper pipe thats holds the valve is above ground one foot, so the thin cooper pipe should give if water is to freeze inside. I've drained this valve and the second valve I had to purchase to repair. Today I go turn on my water valve that has no plastic which suppose to be a better valve by Apollo Valve and again a huge piece of metal is broken out. Want to mention, when the current valve was replaced by the first valve I added installation around the entire valve and cooper pipe then put the installated cover over the entire unit, but before doing this I drained the Valve before the winter set in.

I called Apollo Valve customer service today located I'm Matthews NC and they gave me the run around. I explained my situation to her she puts me on hold came back stating I need to go back to the company I got the valve from for warranty. Then she states we don't deal with the general public but if you visit they website there's a link that say By Direct and save, also they advertise a 5-year warranty on there manufactured parts and valves they make. 

The materials they using are poorly designed. I can't use there manufactured equipment they make here in the USA or other miscellaneous parts or valves they make internationally.

All I asked from this company was to look at the valve and replace it but they kept giving me an excuse.

I have over $700 out of pocket for both of there valves that didn't hold up less than an year for each one.

I also want to mention the customer service representative stated wrapping it installation won't help there valve from freezing if that's what happen. Are you kidding me? My son, my neighbors valves don't break or freeze doing the same as I did draining the valve and applying installation then installated cover. Of course none of them uses Apollo Valves either.

Please look at all the subsidairy companies of Apollo Valves and STAY AWAY FROM THEM...
