 I placed an order a month ago and have not heard a word from the company nor have I received my merchandise. I have sent emails inquiring about my purchase and have not received a response. There is no way to contact them other than email and they are not responding to emails

The same thing has happened to me. I’ve literally been going crazy trying to reach out to them through email and all social media. They don’t have a phone number and their shipping is ridiculous. The hats are cheap but that shipping sure makes up for it. If they have "customer service” 24/7 then why have I not gotten a response yet? I think the "trap” in apparel trap is a warning more than it’s name cause it’s a trap. They claim to have thousands of satisfied customers but there’s nothing to back that up. I’m definitely not one of those customers and I will expose your brand.

We have served over 30,000 customers and have contact info all over our page. In addition we have full time customer service on staff handling emais and correspondence, this report is completely false.
