Appera Whitenening Fraudulent Charges Rude Service ripoff fraud fake cancellation hang up Newport Beach California

Like so many others I signed up for their free trial and paid the 6.95 shipping. No where was there any mention of the 3 Month Auto-Ship program.

I recieved (3) free samples and was charged for 4! Then I noticed a charge for 89.97 on my account so I called them. I was told this was non-refundable and I demanded that all accounts on my card be cancelled. The rude lady on the phone then told me she cancelled all the accounts for me but I was still going to be charged $35 for each cancellation!!!

When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me she was the manager and there was no one else I could talk to. Tonight I get after cancelling my credit card and find that not only am I to be charged the 35$ an account, but she also put through charges for 89.97 for all four accounts!!!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They somehow feel they have the right to make up cancellation charges and also charge you for accounts even after you cancle them.
