I saw this new company arrive on the scene not to long ago and was happy to see the unique planes they offered.  the corsair and stteerman planes are of top quality. I tried over and over to contact this company to purchase one.  I sent e-mails after emails but never got a response. There was and address at first, but only led to a fake internet office and voice mails went with no answer.  I started googleing them and saw that they were on a hobby site and tried to contact them tehre too, but again no answer.  Thank goodness I never sent them my money.  But I did noticee eventually that they came back and said they were having computer problems, but people still complained about them not responding.  that was enough, i didn't sent my monies to them. But I did see that they were trying to "buy" good reviews on their products by giving them free to people.  What kind of company would do that? They were also getting in trouble for "spamming" which means putting to many ads in one place.  I saw their new website but still no name or phone number to call, and now their address was gone. I googled more and found someone who represneted them called "service corp" or somethign like that.  I can update their name when I get back from my trip. Since they are a llc they have to have this company. 

anyway i called them and got a nice lady on the phone who said the owner was a Curtis Mattikow from new york. I was simply flabergasted. it took all of 5 minutes to see who this person was.  He even has several complaints here!!!!  From reading more it looks like he had done so many bad things to so many people that his regular company is having trouble selling?  In one place called rctruth be brags about all the things he tries to do to people and it looks like he is encouraged by other people. So now it looks like he created another company only this one is doing the same thing his other one is. That is not good.  treat customers like gold they say. Otherwise, you don't sell.  When I dug some more i found out this person has been sued many times before by many different people.  Companies have sued in in civics court but not in NY, rather NJ where he lives.  Looks like he had a very nice home in NJ too.  Well anyway I'm going to keep looking for my airplanes and hope to find someone who doesn't have to change names to keep ahead of smart customers like me.  I will be interesting to see if this "apple hobby" place comes clean and gives a name or real address or phone number instead of being mysterious behind the internet.  Thats my story, hope it helps for some people to save some hard earned money.
