I went room by room item by item with representative on the phone describing every piece of furniture and it's size, estimate for the move was 1600 cubic feet and $3500.00.  I asked if they had moving trucks (semi's) and he said yes, we talked about crating some items and that I needed things wrapped for storage since we were putting everything in storage in Prescott AZ.

Movers showed up in a 26ft Enterprise box truck with a lift gate and proceeded to tell me I'm only suppose to use a little over half the truck.  When the truck was half full and we had a long way to go I started asking for someone of authority to call me, we were going to need to negotiate pricing, several requests later and no one called.  Nine hours later and a truck full of my furniture and boxes they give me a revised estimate and you have to sign it, they now hold everthing you own.  I signed, they said someone would call tommorrow, they didn't, and wrote "in dispute" everywhere I could.  I am realistic, I know an etimate can be off by 10% even 15% but 50% makes it a SCAM.  I was ultimately billed for 2300 Cubic feet and $5900.00.  Interesting that per Enterprise and simple math the most a 26ft box truck will hold is about 1900 cubic feet.

They didn't wrap my furniture for storage,  every couch, chair and piece of wood should have been shrink wrapped for lasting protection in storage; they put packing blankets on most things for loading then took them all off when the items went into storage.  Nothing is protected!  Several pieces of furniture were broken; I won't know about the contents of the boxes until I can move my things from storage to the house.

When they give you the initial extimate they explain you need to put 10% down, 70% at time of pick up and the remaining 20% upon delivery.  They give you each amount and explain the last pymt must be a postal money order.  That's a joke!  When they got to Prescott, late, they wouldn't even unlock the truck until I went to the post ofc and got enough money orders to pay them the $5900.00.  What are you going to do, your whole household is being held for ransom.

Please do not use this company for any reason, they are totally SCAM artists!
