Appliance Subcontractors Debra Ventimiglia Incompetent Company and Owner Imperial Missouri

Appliance Subcontractors' technician came to my residence to repair my oven which was not heating.  The technian diagnosed the problem as the heating element.  

He made me pay for the element in the amount of $159 and departed to a parts store to buy the element.  When he installed the element, he said I was all set and left.  I started the oven, but it would not heat above 200 degrees. 

I called the company owner, Debra Ventimiglia, and she assured me the technician would fix it upon his return.  I stated that I expected a refund for the cost of the element if he was unable to fix the oven.

When he returned he determined the problem was the control panel and estimated a repair cost of $400-$500.  At that cost, I decided to purchase a new oven.  Therefore, I told the technician to have Debbie Ventimiglia call to for a refund and resolution.  

Debbie Ventimiglia stumbled and stammered through an incoherent and illogical explanation.  I told her to come take the element back and refund my money for it.  She has not done so.
