I have sent many letters to Applied Card Bank aka Cross Country Bank that have not responsed to any letters for verfication on an account that they have put into collection on my credit file. I have wriiten many letters for verfication of this debt and they will not send it to me but the will send it to the credit bureaus and state that the debt is a valid debt without providing me the information so that I can make sure that it is a valid debt. This is a unfair practice and I have filed a complaint with the FTC and the NC dept of Justice.
