Aptela hosted IP PBX Telephony Ripoff, Shoddy Service, Unacceptable Support. McLean Virginia

This service is really unacceptable. My company picked them up for use in our call center and most calls had horrible quality or worse would simply drop the call in the middle of a call with a customer. There is no way of knowing how much business we have lost trying to work with this company.

They were especially notorious for ignoring problems. Also due to their horrendous service we are finding it near impossible to get rid of the service as they will not release our phone number to the new company we contracted with.

I would recommend anyone steer clear of this service and if you find yourself in business with them be prepared to apologize a lot to the people you speak with on their phones.
