Aquakeen we purchased a system, that we keep having PROBLEMS!! they want to charge me, for the service call. i have had it with this company!!! customer service are of no help at all. were paying over @4,800 for this system, and they still want us to pay another $245.00 to reapair yet another problem that we are having with this thing!!! On Aug. 2006, we signed a contract for over $4800 for the water treatment system. When the guy installing it got here, we ask to have it in our hall closet, indoors, he said no, out in the garage would be better, my husband and I, let him know that it wasnt insulated, or heated, in fact it got so cold we use it as a fridge!!! He assured us it was ok, it will be ok to put it there. Then he installed the Osmosis under the kitchen sink.

Several months later in winter, the pipe by the system in the garage froze and burst. This has then since happened twice!! Every time we call we get the run around, they want to charge us for the repair!!

Now in 2009, we have been getting lilltle black rocks coming out with the water, there so much of this coming out it cloggs the faucets everywhere, to the point we get no water. My husband was checking under the kitchen sink and comes to find out the Osmosis under the sink was NEVER plugged in!!! We think were drinking filter water!!! hah, I called them and they dont want to own up to their mistake. This has been nothing but a big headache for us.

WE WANT THEM TO TAKE THIS BACK AND GIVE BACK OUR MONEY
