Arbor Mortgage mortgage approved and final. OH SORRY, it can not go through there are roadblocks!!! Grandrapids Michigan

it has been a long process with extremely little communication. my bank and insurance company called me to tell me that the sale of my house was ready for final signature that day, Friday, November 30, 2007, everything had been switched to the buyer, my son. Still no correspondance from Arbor Mortagage, I callled them on Saturday, and was told there was so many roadblocks that it was taking so long and that it would be in our best interest to go another route, do a land contract through them as witness. Prior to all the switching, I contacted Arbor Mortgage each time, they did not call us, but when i did call them, they said everything had been approved, papers were going good, appraisal came back plenty over, and ready for signature in three days. That was back on the second Tuesday of November. Going back, aniother excuse after all the switching, they said my son's debt ratio wasn't good, how did they approve it in the first place the? Then they said a second appraisal was done and the house appraised $40,000 less than the original, the exact amount I would have made as profit, if the sale had gone through..
