ARIES, S.A. DE C.V. Marine Taxidermy - Roberto Hernandez Pena Marine Taxidermy The Fish That Didn't Get Away, but I'll NEVER see it again or my MONEY Acapulco, Mexico

January 2010 4 of us spent 2 weeks at the GRAND MAYAN in Acapulco Mexico, as we laid on the beach a Mexican man came up and asked if we would like to go deep sea fishing, one person in the group had gone 2 years before through the same guy so we agreed to $390 for 6 hours and went out on the NANCY NICE boat.  The other couple caught a sail fish and after taking pictures they were whisked away across the street and put a $300 deposit down on their fish to Marine Taxidermy, Roberto Hernandas Pena, with $500 due when it was ready to ship.  We had such a good time we scheduled to go out again Mon., again on the NANCY NICE, this time $240 for 6 hours.  I caught a sail fish, we took pictures and were asked if we wanted to have it mounted.  I paid $300 down and since the two fish were to be shipped together Roberto agreed I would pay $400 in six weeks when the fish were ready to ship.  I have my receipt and the emails from Roberto asking for payment, however his telephone number, fax number and email address ARE ALL FALSE.  When searching for information about this company RIPOFF REPORT information came up. ROBERTO HERNANDEZ PENA IS A FRAUD, MARINE TAXIDERMY IS A FRAUD.  The picture I should have gotten is Roberto strung upside down instead of my fish (that is how I picture him now).  My fish was 9 feet 1 inch and 130 pounds, it was the catch of a life time, I AM SO SAD and so is my friend who caught her sail fish.  She used a credit card and got her $300 back through her bank.  Roberto you are a very very bad man and if the captain of the NANCY NICE is in on this, you are a very very bad man too.  FISHERMAN/WOMAN BEWARE OF MARINE TAXIDERMY!!!  I am still trying to get my $300 back.
