ARNEL MANAGEMENT COOPRATION Recieved a 60 day Eviction Notice on my door after being a resident of 17+ years! ROWLAND HEIGHTS, California

Tues. Dec.08, On my door I a letter stating, "I have 60 day(s) Eviction Notice" with no prior Verbal/Written Warning Notices. Pheasant Ridge. have been Mine & My Daughter's home for 17+years, & Especially when I have a medical condition. This will be putting me in a very difficult hardship situation.

 Wed. Dec.09, I called Office located in Costa Mesa Ca. & I spoke to the Manager that manages the Pheasant Ridge. Explained to her what I.

She replied, "I don't have nothing in system regarding the Notice, on the count of you just  (Dec.08). And the you need to talk to your manager first.

 First attempt went during lunch. The manager who's signature was on the Notice was not in. The second manager was @ the time. I showed her the Notice and,

I asked,"Why am I being evicted"?

She,"I don't have to tell you why nor give reason to evict you".

I said,"Yes you do, as me a resident and paying my rent I have a right for an explanation on why Mine & MY Daughter's home after 17+yrs is taken right out from under us."

Second manager,"Again I don't have to tell  you anything" 

 I went back again after work to speak to the manager, still not in. (Keep in mind Wed.Dec.08 I have left several messages @ Cooperate office with several Associates that work there.) I proceeded to sit down and try to get is to why & an explanation I so very well deserve In an respectful tone in my voice, Even though I was vivid as anybody in my situation would understand.  But No, I was just the run around with, 

"You have to call!" said, By the second manager @ Pheasant Ridge.

Who was very heartless, sarcastic and rude.

 And from  Associates,

"You have to talk to your site manager" In which they were very short with me and hung up.

Second manager said, "I will call tomorrow (Thurs.Dec.10) cooperate open @. I will have an answer for you then" I replied.

"I will be in after work then(Dec.10)".

From the Office there was another Associated in the Manager office @ Pheasant Ridge which I know she heard every word of Mine and the second manager's conversation. As I was,

 I ask her for her name, She replied, "Sure & why"

I said, "Without saying I don't want to be acused of being rude.

 She replied to me,"You were calm & I just can't believe it"  

Dec.11 went back to the Managers office. He was not there again. Second manager again was.  Before I could get in a word edge wise, 

Second manager said,"I was advised from the corporate office regional manager, I don't have to tell you not a thing, and if you want to speak to the manager, You have to come back ...on Sat.Dec.12.

I replied,"Now I have to back Sat.Dec.12, to get answer on a notice I should not have received in the first place  cause thats when the manager will be in?"

Second Manager said, "Yes, then he too as the manager, don't have to tell you anything either".  

Now I know why I have not received no return phone calls from the corporate office. 

What gives some corporate offices/management (property managers) the right to disrespect and be rude to people, us as there tenants. What gives them the right to just take a home away & evict. not only us as tenants but our family as well without no explanation whats so ever. This is truly Heartless, Wrong, and unexceptable in my eyes...

I'm Truly Hoping There Is A Law Against Whats Happening To Me & MY Family And For Those Families Who's Been In A Similar Situation On What My Families Facing Now...
