Apparently MR. GEORGE RUBIN is up to it again. When will someone stop him
I too have been scammed I purchased a Vehicle from a person to have said to be living in COMOCalifornia and moved over seas to London by the name of Mr George Rubin.
his address is 81 Charlwood Street London SW1V 4PB United Kingdom
I Saw the car on a web site by the name of collectorcarsforsale. Me and mr. Rubin talked for about 2 weeks by email and once by by phone he seem to be a good person.
the next step was getting the paper work together with this company Around the world services. all they had to do was prepair the car to be shipped to me by inspecting the car and making sure that the car meet there standards and all the paper work went with the car.
Basicly they was the third party who made sure that the money was sent into there account specified by them were then they would hold the money So when we got the car and had 10 days to inspect it they would then release the money to Mr Rubin. the bank name was HSBC out of the United Kingdom.

But no Phone number to reach them for information regarding the moneythat I sent. I am very mad that this company would to something like this and the guy who took my money.
I would love for you to get this company. I talked to a guy also when they confirmed that the car was ready to be ship to me the guys name was Mr. John Adams who said to be the customer service rep, for around the world services we talked also for about 4 days confirming this transaction.
but when I tried calling on the day of arrival they would never answer there phone , I called them over 50 time that day. Emails were never answered by Mr rubin Or by the Shipping company.
