when i left an abusive marriage i put my belongings into storage and moved from macon ga.to tampa,fl. i found an organization that paid the moving costs. when i talked to their representative i made sure that they knew that a charity was paying for this move and that i could not afford any extras. i sent them the check ( i recieved from this organization) for full payment and the keys and code to my storage unit. they didn't pick up my belongings the day they said they were going to the went the next day.

somebody from their office called and my daughter asked them to call back in 5 minutes because i was parking the car. no one called back so in about half an hour i called them back. i was told that they were charging me $967.00 more because they used several wardrobe boxes and 16 rolls of tape, etc. i told him i didn't believe him because eveything was already packed except the yard tools and some of the garage stuff (which i had discussed while making the inventory with their representative and they were aware of from the begining.)

i asked them if when they decided that they felt the need to charge more money that they should have talked to me before loading it. the other thing that they lied about is that when they first called they said they were in macon and when i called them back they said that they were back in norcross ga whith my belongings. now i know that it takes a lot more time to drive about (110miles) to norcross, which is the opposite way of tampa.

anyway as it stands right now the have my belongings and won't deliver them unless i pay them of i can come to norcross and get them myself but no they won't give me any money back because they moved my stuff to their location. i have asked for the name and general manager for their company several times and they have not given it to me but i did look up the company with the secretary of states office and gotten lior ratson and eyal levy. according to secretary of states office there are numerous complaints against these people.

i guess i have my work cut out for me trying to get my things.......if anyone has any suggestions let me know please! i would also like to see a class action suit brought against the people. this company is also known as quick trip moving & storage and american nation plus..... they keep switching names.
