This criminal took 5 grand and never provided the hot tub purchased.  It put us off and put us off saying the unit was beeing water tested and all kinds of other excused and now will not reply.  Will not return funds.

Myself and a friend of mine were also taken by this guy.  You can see our complaints on here also.  I highly recommend that you file complaints with the US Postal Service for mail fraud, you can also file a complaint with the California Attorney General and the Missouri attorney general and the IC3 internet crime site.  We have filed with all and the more complaints they get the more likely they will get something accomplished.  If we can't get our money back at least we can hopefully get this guy for Theft, wire and mail fraud.
