I don't even know where to start. I have had my loan with ASC for a little over 2 years. In the last 6 months, I have had several phone calls with these people to no avail. One person there, Samuel, was SO incredibly rude to me, I ended up crying.
This company has NO sympathy for people that MIGHT have had a tough time like my husband and I did for a couple of months. I am so frustrated with this company!
Every time I call, it's like I've never talked to anyone there before. I have to go thru the WHOLE freakin' story EVERY time I call. It's like the people at this company don't communicate with each other! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! They are completely incompetant.
I have received a Notice of Default today, simply because I couldn't get any help from this company. Now I don't know what to do, but believe me, I will start with a lawyer and the BBB!
