ASHTON DRAKE Galleries Rip off Niles Illinois

 I ordered the butterfly kisses doll for my grandmother with dementia, then three weeks later Ashton Drake sent me another doll called raspberry kisses that i didnt order. I called the company and told them if the error and the customer service person told me to use the return label that came with the doll and return it and i would be refunded because they charged my credit card. I sent the card back by USPS and got a confirmation that the doll was returned and signed for by the company, then again my credit card was charged so i called the company and was told that they didnt receive the doll until i told them that the package was signed for, then the lady told me that i would be refunded and that was 3 months ago and still no refund now i just got a bill in the mail telling me that they were going to charge my credit card for the remaining balance of the doll that was returned 3 months ago, i will never purchase from this company again and i will be contacting my family attorney about the matter.
