I joined this company 3 months ago. Hoping to make $400.00 to $500.00 per week recruiting new hires. My highest pay check was $90.00. I recruited 10 to 12 hours a day. My average pay check was 40.00 a week. My membership was 29.99 per month. Don't mention the amount that I spent on advertising and supplies. The Manager Sheryl Caldwell, talks to the staff as If they are just scum. She trains the managers under her to conduct themselves in the same manner. Her style of management is very unprofessional. She does not speak proper English and she cannot write proper English. She tells the staff on conference calls do not hire anyone that has an accent. This is discrimination. Also who needs to speak proper English to pass out some cheap Pal Cards. I did not receive any response from an ad that I paid for. Some of my leads told me that her Daughter Stacey had already contacted my leads. How did she get this information? Her mother assigns the ad calls daily. Go figure. Please Do Not Deal with this Company!!! It is the worst that I have ever seen. We are all God's Children and we should be treated with Dignity and Respect!!!

Was considering opportunities at ASI

I was recruited to be on the sales force with ASI, however the products that they market i.e. discount medical and dental plans are a bunch of garbage. The discount cards are worthless and any patient can negotiate a discount from their physician or dentist free of charge, without having to be milked for the monthly fee that ASI charges. I personally know this because I work in the insurance industry.

I would just like to say I have been with this company since October of 2007 working under Sheryl Caldwell, recruiting new hires and yes I am making money. Sheryl is a wonderful manager, mentor and friend. She gives 110% of herself to all of her new reps.
This is a real work at home position. It is a job that you have to take serious. My paychecks are alot bigger than $40.00 a week and I dont work 10 to 12 hours a day. No one does.
There is also no membership fee that has to be paid unless YOU choose a savings plan. Which is your choice. No one is forcing you too.
I have never spent any money on advertising, and you are never told that you have to pay for advertising, there are different ways to advertise for free.
As for Sheryl's management skills they are excellent. If anyone has ever worked outside of their home they would know that. It is very professional. And Sheryl speaks and writes very proper English. I have never heard Sheryl once say in a conference call not to hire anyone that has an accent. I have one. There is no discrimation going on, everything is over the phone or through the internet so how would discrimation fit here.
My question is to you how did Stacey get your information on your leads if you are saying you didnt have any responses from the ads that you placed. So how would you know which were your leads?

I disagree with this report totally and if anyone is reading it, they really should read between the lines on this one! ASI is a real work at home opportunity and if you are lucky you will have Sheryl Caldwell as your manager!!!
