Asset Recovery Associates ARA Intimidation, Harassment and Threatening to collect a debt that has gone past SOL Schaumburg Illinois

I received a telephone call this evening from an unidentified individual asking for myself, or my two younger brothers and my oldest nephew...
The caller stated that he was calling to collect on a debt from 1996 on a credit card from a known defunct bank (Chase Manhattan Bank)...

I explained that I have never had a credit card from that time, especially the bank in question...

He asked if 'this was my SSAN', of which it was...

I still attempted to explain my lack of knowledge on this 22 year old debt, and, then he really got nasty, resorting to threats and intimidation tactics...
I spoke with his manager and explained the unprofesional conduct by his 'associate'...
His reply was NOT steller, let alone, professional...

My last step was to block his number, as I have that feature on my phone syatem...

Over the nest hour, this company tried to call back on at least four different numbers; but, were locked out...

Upon discovering the name of this company via 'google', I was able to recall that this was the same company that attempted to coerce me back in 2008, on the same alleged debt...
At the time, I contact the BBB of Chicago, and filed a complaint...

There was 'silence' from this company from 2008 until tonite...

This company is more than aware of the Statute of Limitations guidelines throughout the states; but, have made it clear that they do NOT adhere to state or federal laws in regards to their illegal, unjustified and unwarranted atempts to collect old and closed debts that have gone past ANY AND ALL statutes...
