Associated Certified Appraisers ripoff dishonest fradulent Jacksonville Florida

I went to work for Bill Walter at Associated Certified Appraisers, Inc in January of 2003. In July 2003 I left for another company and at the time I was owed about $3500.00. Over the next 6 months I received about $2000.00, leaving about $1500.00 still owed.

I am a Real Estate Appraiser and contractor. We get paid when the client pays Associated Certified Appraisers. Back-pay got less and less until I decided to go by my former emplower for a face to face. He informed me (Bill Walter-owner) that he was paid in full, didn't owe me a thing.

Because we are licensed by the State of Florida, Real Estate Appraiser must keep a currant log of all files that we work on.

And because their are so many RIPOFFARTISTS who call themselves professionals who do not pay for whatever reason we log ever paycheck, who paid what, how much, when and match it up with our client list in our log books. In others words we know for sure who has paid and who still owes.

I'm still owed $1500.00. Now three others have since left and started there own business and I just got off the phone with them and they are not being paid.

I contacted a Collection Agency by the name of Decker, Marsder & Kline, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Hassaled and harassed me for a month to get the paperwork together to start their process of collecting $1500.00. Never heard from them again. I did call and the man who originally set up my account and he was going to send me via a FAX a situation report. Never received a thing.

Maybe if $1500.00 had been $150,000.00 or $15,000,000.00 they may have paid me some attention, maybe a little respect. A simple telephone call to say it wasn't worth there time would have been exceptable.

I would be an utter fool to let Bill Walter of Certified Associate Appraisers OR the NO-Collection, Collection Company of Decker, Marsden & Kline mistreat me, disrespect me, lie to me, cheat and still from me, misrepresent their company, fraud and others I can't even think of.

So I am turning to The Ripoff Report for help! I doubt if there will be any success in my new effort to receive payment in full and some justice. But your add on the enternet got my attention.

So you have read my tale and its not a tall tale. Its nothing but the truth, "So Help Me God".
