Ateril-Biotab Nutriceuticals Inc False information, lies, will not reimburse my credit card Monrovia California

After viewing a television ad, I sent for a free 7 day supply of a sleep aid named Ateril. They required a shipping charge paid by credit card of 97 cents.

As soon as I received the trial supply, I called with no success so I then emailed to cancel any further shipments. I wanted the opportunity to try the product. I was already giving something else a try and needed to space out sleep attempts.

On my second call they informed me that they had already sent a shipment. They informed me to: 1) leave the box unopened, 2) cross out my name, 3) write Return to Sender, 4) give it back to the postman. I followed their directions.

After about a week I called to report that I had not rec'd a credit on my card. They reported that it would take 3-4 weeks to received a credit.

After over 5 weeks I again called to inquire about my credit and they denied that they received the package back. They asked if I had a return receipt. I replied that I followed their specific directions on sending back the package which would not offer me a receipt. They said, without that receipt, they could not refund my monies.

I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told he was busy. I called again, this time I was disconnected, called a third time with no success again.

This company is obviously out to take advantage of customers, mostly seniors, for we are usually the folks that have sleep problems. Shame on you Biotab!!
