ATL Insurance LLC Reyna Camacho is a scam artist I went to sell gold and silver to one of those “we buy gold places” total was 34.94gr. of 18K gold, 16.06gr. of 14K, and a few silver pieces. I just went to get a quote from ATL Insurance since they are nearby, they are also a western union, and lotto place...  Atlanta / Dunwoody Georgia

I went to sell gold and silver to one of those “we buy gold places” total was 34.94gr. of 18K gold, 16.06gr. of 14K, and a few silver pieces. I just went to get a quote from ATL Insurance since they are nearby, they are also a western union, and lotto place... The rep. Reyna Camacho, tested the metal in front of me. I did not mentioned any specifics to her, just that I wanted to sell the metal I had. She told me that all the gold was 14K and was a total of 25.9 gr. Because she guesstimated the weight without the three little rocks that the pieces had, and that the company would give me $650 for it. Additionally, she told me that those rocks are just discarded even if they are diamonds because they are just too small (this is a complete lie, diamonds, rubies and precious stones are always resalable)

She then told me that there was 24.4gr. of silver but it was not beneficial for me to sell it because the company would only pay $12 for it, but that she would do a personal deal with me (buy from her pocket) and buy all the pieces for $25 because she liked them. Basically she was scamming her company and me in the process, but I already knew that these kinds of places were shady and I just wanted the weight of the metals and an estimate. This was so wrong on so many levels that I just kept my mouth shut and said thanks I’ll keep it in mind. I later found out from an antiques and jewelry store that one of the silver pieces was actually 18K white gold worth around $250 (just that piece).

So Reyna Camacho wanted to personally give me $25 for my “silver” that was worth $250+ ($310 if sold to refinery). The antiques and jewelry place told me he would buy everything for $950, so that’s $300 more than what this crook would give me. Just to clarify, it is possible that maybe… she did not know that that silver piece was worth $250 but what clears all doubt that she tried to rip me off was that she was mainly interested in two silver pieces… the $250 one and a ring. Also, that is how she makes a living so I’m sure she knew. Needless to say that she should not be taking business away from the company she is working for… This lady is dishonest, a fraud, and a scam artist.
