Atlantic Bonding Company in Pompano Beach, Florida is a closed business, but they WILL cash your check and keep your money and you will NOT receive your notary stamp. I used Atlantic Bonding for over 11 years for my notary and bonding and didn't hesitate to just mail my check to them. Now I learn that they are closed. If this has happened to you and you would like to file a complaint with the State, please call 954-321-2901. They are well aware of this problem and have opened an investigation. Good luck
