Atlantis Business Consulting, LLC Covertly Stole My Business from another ESCO White Plains New York

     I received a confirmation letter from ConEd that I had changed my ESCO dealer to Atlantic Business Consulting.  I immediately called ConEd to complain and told them I never made this change and they switched me back to my original company, whose services I was very happy with. 

       I then received a call from one of the agents from Atlantic Business Consulting who told me I was going to be charged a penalty for early cancellation.  When I asked him to prove the change in writing, he said it was verbal, over the phone and that it was me who approved this change and he had it recorded.  When asked to prove it by playing the recording, he said he did not have the time to look that recording up. 

     He said he was going to be forced to send a report out to a collection agency,  I reiterated that I did not approve this change and he could not just rerport me.

     There has to be some sort of consumer protection from these kind of characters!
