AT&T Recently I ordered phones through ATT wireless. During the order I was asked to select the lines in which these phones would be attached to. It also stated that one of the phones would be free. At no point in the order process did it state a new additional line was being added to my account. When I received the email stating that an additional line was added, I called ATT to cancel the order. ATT stated that the order could not be found therefore it could not be cancelled. Yet that evening the phones were delivered to my home. I have spent five plus hours today trying to rectify the problem. ATT refuses to tell me the amount I will be credited when I return the phones.  Nationwide

At no point in the order process did it state a new additional line was being added to my account. When I received the email stating that an additional line was added, I called ATT to cancel the order. ATT stated that the order could not be found therefore it could not be cancelled. Yet that evening the phones were delivered to my home. I have spent five plus hours today trying to rectify the problem. ATT refuses to tell me the amount I will be credited when I return the phones. I called to cancel service and asked how to return the phones and what my final credit would be. The rep cancelled my service, did not answer any question and then the call was disconnect because they cancelled the line. They have not sent a shipping label for me to return the phones but state i will be responsible for paying for them if not returned. Att will not tell me what they plan to charge me even if phones are returned and they refuse to tell me what if any refund will be received. All of this is due to their deceptive advertising and misleading online ordering and ATT adding a line to my service without consent. ATT social media accounts are covered in complaints similar with charges being added without consent and deceptive practices.
