First thing Monday morning I have every intention of starting contact with Attorney general of both my state and the Federal Attorney Generals office these People need to be stopped they are randomly hiring people world wide i.e Arabia, Australia , some in the U.S. the ONLY 1 I found that was helpful was located in the Philippine Isands she had it together and knew pc techknowledge all the others knew nothing and done more harm to my system by far than good.
In another instance I had a upgrade cd to upgrade my PC but altho I thought I could do it I figured I would be better off consulting with professionals after I was being forced to pay them I may as well use them ......result..... I ended up with a locked up PC it took me approx an hour after getting off line with that Idiot to get my pc to reboot. had to disconnect all power , take out the battery and let er set for about 15 mins the reinstalled battery hooked up my power cables rebooted pc, modem and router , tried putting in CD restarting and updating like the so called pros insisted it had to be done using f8 key still wouldnt work.So I took out CD rebooted pc brought her back up on line while hitting hitting f12 key it instructed me to log on then install CD and use Custom Install NOT update . so I folled these instructions worked like a charm was left with one small Prob. a third party had created a partion O and it kept their access alive so I tried the so called Pros again and they told me that was a normal Partion I said then why am I locked out of it and it info they also claim,ed that was all normal just liken the over 1200 encrypted files created by remote access was normal what Idiots... I finally done another conplete re-install and figured out how to get rid of the 3 pc's that were remotly connecting to mine and controling it with a internet control panel and also got rid of the O partion NO THANKS to my so called PRO's or DELL corperation U ALL do not go near this service cause I promise U will regret it they r usless uneducated ,ruthless scam artest that promise the world and deliver nothing but bs
