I purchased a used Blackjack cell phone to replace my old cell phone. They are both what is considered a 'smart' phone. As soon as I moved the sim card to the new phone I was forced to buy a 'data plan', even though I never needed it on my old phone, and do not want or need it now. The phone is a PDA and has nice features I want to use, as a phone only.
