Two years ago opened local service with ATT, transferred service after a year to a new address. I paid a deposit of &96.00 when the account was opened and was told and its stipulated that if no balance is due the deposit will be refunded.

Have sent numerous emails, called them many times and they continue to say that the check will arrive within 30 days. Needless to say NO CHECK has ever arrived and they should have to pay interest on top of all this.

The account was paid in full and no balance was due. I have since closed ALL accounts with ATT and they keep saying thirty days i submitted the request. This has been going on for two years now and they say they cant connect me to anyone in the accounts department or a supervisor.
