The Attorney General of CA sent me a response about Alyon Technologies of Norcross.

Taking a partial quote from the letter it states: Complaints are used to develop information about patterns of business activity which might indicate the need for formal investigation or law enforcement action by our office.. Complaints often bring early warning of what promises to be a pervasive scam. Once a pattern is discovered, what originated as a private dispute between buyer and seller may become a matter of broad public interest and thus warrant the Attorney General's intervention under the state consumer protection laws.

I strongly recommend to everyone who has been scammed by Alyon or any other business on the internet to go to the web site for the attorney general of their state.

Go to http://www.naag.org/ . On that site there is a box that says, FIND YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL. Click on the Icon and a list of states will pop up. Hit the state you are in and it will take you to your attorney general. There may be another contact web address as there is in my state of California which will take you to the official site http://caag.state.ca.us and http://caag.state.ca.us/contact/index.htm

Once there, hit the Icon that says Contact us. This will direct you to the option of filing a complaint online. Don't let it intimidate you. You didn't do anything wrong. The people of Alyon which may have International connections needs to held accountable for breaking laws pertaining to pornography and use of Trojan horse type viruses. Maybe INTERPOL needs to be contacted. Another law they may have broken has to do with Children's Privacy Rights: http://www.privacyrights.org or E-mail them at prc@privacyrights.org

Also please go to the Federal Trade Commission web site or call them. The Federal trade commission can be reached at http://www.ftc.gov/ . You can also call them at 1-877-382-4357 .

If we stand together on this, Alyon Technologies will get shut down and hopefully have criminal charges brought against them.

Alyon Technologies acts like Organized Crime

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Saturday, January 11, 2003

Why have you not even sent a letter to Alyon Technologies? I sent a complaint through your office and in a telephone follow-up was told due to prioritizing that nothing is being done. I want to believe we have an honorable Attorney General.

There are over 127 complaints about Alyon Technologies posted to the Internet. This is not a unique aberration affecting just me.

I was billed by AT&T also for a connection fee to a Union City, New Jersey telephone number.

My computer must still be infected with something because a 1-minute connection to Union City, New Jersey showed up again on December 3, 2002.

I called Alyon Technologies in Secaucus, New Jersey and they want me to send them a copy of a child's birth certificate and verification of a child living here.

My son did go to a website called Kazaa which has music and postings for teenagers and I believe this is directly connected to that.

I deny all knowledge of anyone accessing Alyon Technologies web site and I need your help.

The FTC found Integretel.Inc and eBillit,Inc. guilty of exactly the same crime that is being perpetrated against me.

http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2002/11/integretel.htm

I have faith in you. Please do not let me down and ignore my pleas for help.

You say the Attorney General does not represent private citizens. Surely, you do not want companies getting away with hurting children.

I had written them previously and have not received a response (e-mail: investigations@wwortv.com)

Dear Investigative Staff of WWORTV:

Why have I not gotten at least a response from Secaucus, NJ news? Complaints against Alyon Technologies is now up to 127!

The Most Reverend John J. Myers, J.C.D., D.D.

Fifth Archbishop of Newark

I want to send an e-mail to Most Reverend John J. Myers of Newark, New Jersey to inform him 'a company called Alyon Technologies of Secaucus and Union City is perpetrating a crime against children'. Anyone including children has access to 'adult content material' because their website puts a self opening Trojan horse type virus into computers and allows anyone to view 'objectionable' material without proper identification and without a credit card.

I send a complaint to my Attorney General in California and over a dozen other law enforcement agencies. It has been over two months and no help to date.

I was raised and confirmed as a Catholic.

Please help any way that you can to stop this Criminal activity.

Also, I wonder if Alyon Technologies is breaking any Federal Laws by using the Postal Service to send letters to scare and harrass innocent citizens.

I sent a copy of my complaint to Mayor Dennis Elwell. I hope he can get Prosecutor Victor Herlinsky 201-343-6050 to go after Alyon Technologies.

(copy of my e-mail to Mayor Elwell)

January 11, 2003

Mayor Dennis Elwell:

mayor@townofsecaucus.com

I am writing you about Alyon Technologies of Secaucus, New Jersey. Alyon Technologies, Stephane Touboul, One Harmon Plaza, Secaucus, NJ 07094, Telephone: 201-865-7600, Fax..: 201-865-0175, Email: s****.> Alyon Technologies made an Internet Attack on my home and my family on October 13, 2002. I have spent dozens of hours trying to look for the full group of perpetrators to this Breach of My Security'. I started by calling and writing a 'Certified' letter to the company. Alyon Technologies sends a four-page story on how they can justify why they are Terrorizing' my family and my economic security.

Letters and phone calls have gone out to the Attorney General of CA, FCC, FTC, Elected officials in Norcross,GA, My Congressman, My Senators, Sec.State Georgia, Governor of NJ, FBI, GBI, Pacific Bell, AT&T and INTERPOL.

President Bush has passed a HomeLand Security Act in 2002. It has the potential to bringing the full power of all law enforcement agencies working in unison together to fight Terrorism'.

I say Aylon Technologies is using Terrorism' because by definition this is what they are doing.

Alyon Technologies has computer ties to Spain, the Netherlands, and Guinea Bissau (an African country).

"Our National Security depends on success in the War on Terrorism, which includes military, judicial, diplomatic, financial and humanitarian actions both at home and abroad." http://www.whitehouse.gov/response/. I see the words financial and judicial at home and abroad in there!

Terror is: "such fear as agitates body and mind; dread; alarm; cause of fear."

The definition of Terror sure fits what Alyon Technologies is doing to me and hundreds (probably thousands) of other citizens.

The virus they put on my computer is titled iedisco.exe. I used my search tool to locate it on my computer and delete it. Also I deleted the file titled 'minidialer.'

I called Alyon on 01-09-03 at (201) 865-7600 to check the status of my bill. First, the woman denied they had received a Certified letter. I have the return receipt. I was told they would remove the charges provided I send them a copy of a minor's birth certificate and verification a minor was living at the address of my phone number.

They want information that I wouldn't give out to anyone other than government authorities.

These people are criminal and they are going to extreme levels to put fear into people. I deny any knowledge that anyone here intentionally went to their website.

Please stop Alyon Technologies before more innocent citizens are victimized.

I would appreciate hearing back from you.
