On 10/13/07 my brother and I went to Audio Sports to get his front tires replaced and new ones installed. We specifically requested several times that we required these the same day and was assured by the salesman that they were in stock and would be installed the that day.

My brother signed the invoice and I accepted the charges on my credit card. I left the premises while my brother stayed with the understanding that the tires would be installed that same day.

The tires were not in stock and could not be installed. We were told to come back next Saturday, 10/20/07 at 10am. When my brother arrived he was told they could not be installed as the technician was not there and to come back on Sunday, 10/21/07 at 10am. I went to their business establishment on Sunday at 10am as instructed and waited from 9:55am to 10:40am, they were not open.

On Tuesday, 10/23/07 my brother went into the establishment again to get his tires installed and was told that the tires had not come in yet. So basically they were telling us to come in when they didn't even have the parts!

On Wednesday, 10/24/07 we were fed up and decided to ask for a refund as Audio Sports could not and did not provide the parts and services that we had contracted. They refused to refund our money and pointed to a clause that basically said that "special order parts had no guaranteed delivery date and that we were liable for these tires. Since we were informed that the parts were in stock I stipulated that that specific clause did not apply to us. He then referred us to Omar the owner, who would call us on Thursday, 10/25/07.

Today I contacted Audio Sports and asked when Omar would be in. I was informed that he would contact me regarding this matter by 7pm. My brother received a call from Audio Sports insisting that they would not refund our money or might refund our money minus a 20% restocking fee. How can they restock what they don't have?

We are sorry for any poor service you may have received.Omar no longer works with our company. Can you be more specific? Did you obtain your tires and have them installed or not? Please let us know so that we may rectify this issue.

I'm sure glad I googled this company name before going to purchase tires and rims for my car. After what happened to you I will never stop at this place for any aftermarket purchases. I live in Cypress and I was planning on stopping by this place, but know I will tell all my friends and family to stay away. I ended up buying my tires and rims at Tom's Tires in Long Beach. Very happy with Tom's Tires.
