AUM I believe that this company is a total rip-off the amounts that they charge for water is absolutely outrageous, how can it be measured for sewage does this depend on how many times the toilet is flush carol stream, Illinois

AUM is a total RIP-OFF, The amounts that they charge are out of this world how in the heck can they determine what the sewer bill should be is this based on how many times the toilet is flushed, I live in a apartment complex and do all of the tenants have the same rate, they charge your for water,sewer and trash the trash fee is never a flat rate so who is to say who pays what.what if i dont have that much trash should i still pay the same amount, i plan on moving out of the current apartment that i live in so i will be deposing of heavy items my bill is surely to be at least three hundred dollars or more, maybe i should have all of my family and friend depose of trash since i have to pay for it anyway.
