After 18 months I past the Trial and Forbearance the only ask for the Loan Mod. it was denied twice after I send my APPEAL I spoke to the supervisor Rashad it refuse to send a letter why they are Denied my Appeal?? Rashad he say That's how Aurora Bank work they don't need to answer my Appeal Letter. I have to stop the Trustee Sale Nov.21.2011. I resubmit my Financial Information and update every month, he say time had expired today They want my house go to Foreclosed .

Now I do understand why Realtor and Mortgage Broker they are refuse to work with Aurora Bank Fsb. They are Criminals play around with homeowners I call every day and always "missing document." last month i went to Los Angeles Neighborhood Housing Services they mention is hard to work with Aurora Bank FSB. they are have several problems ,and the only person who taken care has to be the lawyer to fallow up my Loan Mod.

Today I submitted my package again i want to filed a complaint with the SEC and I hope the Attorney General Harris take care Aurora Bank Fsb how they are dirty work ,never return phone calls, scam business, I did everything they asked....this is the most frustrating experience with a company that i have ever had in my life,we need to take Aurora Bank Fsb. to court.

We are in the deepest debt because of this bank's false business practices. and they do not help us, and also they do not have a way of following up with underwriters. This is totally illegal.
