Aurora Financial Services Mishandling of my funds and ruined my credt Scottsbluff Nebraska

I am a Batallion Chief with the Clark County Fire Department in Las Vegas, NV. I have been with the FD for over 30 years and have committed myself to community service. I am a law abiding citizen and pay my bills and my taxes ON TIME!! I have worked very hard at building my financial situation (mainly for my 6 kids)and maintaining GREAT credit.

Unfortunately, on the last home I purchased, the loan was through Aurora Financial Services in Scottsbluff, Nebraska and it has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE!! I now have blemishes on my credit report showing several 30 and 60 day late payments due to Auroras negligence by not applying my payments in a timely manner thereby causing my loan payments to be late. I ALWAYS sent my payments in on time, yet I still have a negative report on my credit score.

Since this has happened, I have sold the house, paid off Aurora and am in the process of buying another home and I am meeting resistence in obtaining a "preferred rate" loan because of the 30 and 60 day late payments. Aside from the Aurora blemishes, my credit is PERFECT!..NOT ONE LATE PAYMENT ON ANYTHING ELSE! Nearly 40 years of paying my creditors ON TIME or EARLY is now tarnished because a cheating company like Aurora can't admit when they made a mistake and remove it from my credit report. I have tried several times to contact them, but to NO AVAIL! Any suggestions would be very helpful and appreciated.
