Aurora Loan Services Continued foreclosure process, ignored loan modification, added unbelievable fees and costs to reinstate, we paid reinstatement-still rec'd forclosure sale notice, now adding taxes to payments =5300.00 a month. Littleton, Colorado

Yes-I am ready to join a class action suit. We have been with Aurora for almost 2 years and due to an injury fell behind on our payments. By adding a second job and renting out a room we were able to make our payments, but Aurora was not helpful in working with us regarding the amount in arrears. They demanded a balloon payment, sent back our regular payments stating that unless it was the amount in arrears in full they would not accept anymore payments. The amount in arrears was $20,000.

Incredible-they suggested we apply for a loan modification, we gave them everything they asked for. Still one representative would say-we were disqualified we made too much?? Another would say we didn't make enough, a third said the application was sent to a supervisor, then just today we were told that because of the foreclosure proceedings the loan mod application was now inactive.

Thank God above, we paid our amount in arrears-our house was up for auction 12/29/08-they still posted a notice on our door for sale-after we paid $35,000($20,000 arrears 15,000 late fees/attorney fees) Now that we are current-we receive another notice today that our January will be $5212.00 and will remain this amount for the next year. They are now including our tax payments. We can't believe this-we just paid our taxes in full???

Our credit is ruined and in 3 years we have a balloon payment. We have asked them to modify the loan fix it for 30 years interest and principle-we will even try to put money down and it feels like they would rather foreclose. We just got caught up-now how are we suppose to pay $5200 a month??? You would think with Lehman Bros. Bankruptcy in Sept. The courts would force them to work with the homeowners that are trying, any money coming in is better than taking a loss or receiving nothing. They just don't get it

I would like to see how to contact you. I have a very simular story with Homecomings who has sold to Aurora. They both have scammed me out of my home! Foreclosed home since apparently September of 2008! They bought the home back, have foreclosed on us because they haven't received all the payments from Homecomings when Homecomings sold to them. Our Payments are 'non-existant'! We were behind with November payment and they have foreclosed! Adding the ones that Homecomings is lying about to the november payment. Although we have it on white and black! We got the offer for cash for keys on our door 3 business days before Christmas by a Realtor in Aurora's name. Upon calling him he did not even have our file yet but found it necessary to leave me those x-mas wishes on the door. Just so everyone knows that we are dealing with...
