Austin Diamonds and Jewelry Leigh Ann Thompson careless, liar, cost me a $$ 4,000.00 dollar after bracelet stolen austin Texas

On Febuary 4th 2014,Liegh Ann Thompson was hired to apparaise my Gold charm braclet. She did such a terrible job my insurance would not cover it. She took one out of focus picture and did not list the gold content, number of charms , list of them. The only thing she wrote was multiple charms various gold content some 10kt.,14kt, and a few gold plate.

it was a double charm braclet. Each link had a charm. The second was soldered together by Ricky Wilson (he hired her). The second bracelet was my sister's that passed away. Both  braclets every charm Gold (except about 6). At first Leigh Ann would not respond. Then i left a message telling her I would let other jewlers know about her terrible appraisal. She immediatly emailed "She was sorry my bracelet was "lost". "

I requested more information she said more pictures were coming. she then sent pictures of another bracelet not mine. From then on she started lying.

First lie-- Leigh Ann Thompson said it did not have more information brecause to test gold content she would have to had  remove each charm and it would have made the appraial  too pricey for me.  i told her I knew is a machline with a probe is touched to gold and it tells content. when i csalled her down she lied again

LIE 2 .Leigh Ann  she aid no one could find a clasp. Hello that is amazing because she was working for Ricky Wilson that put put the clasp there. ? could not find a clasp.????? 

3. she offered to pay back the charge of  $250.00 for the Appraisal. Oh WOW that sure helped me---yes $250.00 for a bracelet and a watch appraisal! I would love to get paid for 1 blurry picture and a 2 sentece appraisel for a bracelet and watch. she had been hired by my jewlwer Ricky Wilson
