Auto Credit Union ripoff Henderson Nevada

on aug.7,06, i bought a used auto from this lot. Two days later the check engine light was flashing. i took it to a mechanic. they said it was the timing belt.they also said that this auto should have not pass the smog test. i had the carlot do the smog test and they sent it to the dmv.i could only afford to pay for the timing belt at the time. a week later the light came on again. i took it back to the machanic and he said it was another problem with the 02sensor this is how they knew that the auto could have not pass the smog test. they wanted more money to have it fix. i could not afford it.

i called the carlot were i bought it from and the carsales man (daniel) told me to bring it back. he said he would fix for free because when he ran the smog check the 02sensor came up not working. he should me the paper but would not give it to me. i left the auto to be worked on . pick back up that evening.a few days later the check light came on again. called daniel back he said to bring it on the weekend. i did he was not there. their mechanic said daniel said they were never to work on this car again.

i called daniel on monday 10-2-06. i asked him if he was going to work on the auto. he said yes bring in thurs. i said to give me paper work that says he will do the work. and also the smog report he showed me. he said he can not do that and he can no longer work on my auto. He told me he could no longer talk to me. that was our last conversation.
