auto gallery Credit America stealing and getting away with it! , Internet

 I bought a car from Auto Gallery West in Mobile, AL. They are the same owners as Credit America in Mobile as well. They are selling lemons and scamming money and getting away with it!!!! I bought a 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5s they told me nothing was wrong with it and when i test drove it everything was fine. Well, i brought it home and found oil leaking everywhere under the hood.

So i call them they tell me to bring it to them. I also took it to Auto Zone and several codes popped up. When i got to the car lot they told me they were too busy to come back another day. I came back the next day and they tried telling me to come back again and i asked for my money back i didnt want the car they told me they can't give me my money back.

When i told them i was gonna go get a lawyer thats when they said they would fix it, they gave me a loaner car and told me they would have it fixed in a few days. They ended up giving me 3 different loaner cars and had my car for two weeks, this whole time i'm just telling them i want my money back and they told me they cant do that.

A few days before i went to get my car back i called to ask them if they were going to be able to provide me with paper work showing what "work" they did on the car and how long they had it, they said yes we have all that when you come get your car. I pick up my car and ask for that same paper work and they told me they don't have it????

This is where i get extremely angry begging for my money back and they kept telling me to leave. They supposedly did an oil change, new brakes, rebuilt the motor, new wheel bearings and an alignment. THEY DID NOT DO ANY OF THIS!!!! A month later the motor slung a rod in it.

I called them and told them to come get the car i was not paying for a broke down car that they caused the damage to. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS!!!! I want everyone to know these people will take from you and laugh at you don not go there to get a car!!!

 I would just like to get in touch with whom made this report about this car lot. The exact same has happened to me and any additional information would be great - I also had got the exact same car and just was curious as if maybe it is the same car. Please, please whomever made this report will you please contact me. I'm very desperate for help with these people.
