I have not had this car even for a month and have had to take it back to the dealership three time to have it fixed. every time i take it there i am told that it is something simple and that i will not have the problem again .it shakes bad when i stop at lights and it pulls to the right. there is a yellow light that came on the first day .i took the car back they made the light go away and now its back again. auto house will not give me my trade-in back and the problems keep coming with this car. They really need to be stopped its not good it a scam

What did you trade in? Keep in mind you now have a 10 year old vehicle and it's going to most likely have issues at that age. How many miles are on this RAV4 and how many miles were on the vehicle you traded? More than likely you have no options left on it.

Sounds like you need to take it to a good mechanic and not back to the dealership

I don't understand how you didn't have to pay anything at all when you purchased this vehicle, even on a trade. I hope you have a bill of sale showing that you own it free and clear of any liens.

Having said that, if the purchase is complete, then take your vehicle to a good mechanic not associated with the dealership where you got the vehicle. Have a competant mechanic go over the entire vehicle so you know what is going on with it. This should have been done prior to your trade (called a pre-purchase inspection). But now that you own it, it is in your best interest to find out exactly what you purchased and how much it is going to cost you to get it fixed.

What is the year, make and model of the car? How much did you pay for this car? Did you pay cash or finance? These are to help us determine if it's a scam or not.
