Auto Processing Center Rude, Poor Costumer Service, Ripoff, theives Garden Grove California

Auto Processing Center is the worst company to deal with in general but specifically getting a refund. It's been almost a year ago that one of the representatives contacted me regarding extended vehicle warranty. I usually don't fall for something like that but I knee I had 30 days to receive a refund and cancel. I received my manual in the mail and looked it over and was not impressed as it doesn't cover much so made the call to cancel it. I did this for every week for a month, sent in my written cancellation paper work and still no refund or a person to return my voicemails. I started calling snd pressed the appropriate number to "add " service. I finally got a representative and they told me I never canceled it and by this time it's past the 30 days. I soon got frustrated and asked to their manager. I spoke to Ken Hamilton and he promised that I would get my refund. This has yet to happen. every week for 11 months I would call, leave a message, speak to a representative and they told me my refund is processing. Lies, lies, lies. They told me they lost my odometer reading three times therefore couldn't process my refund. I even had my lawyer draft two letters to them requesting my refund. They haven't done anything. This is seriously disturbing company that is full of non professionals that steal money. We must put an end to it. Never trust Auto Pricessing Center its a joke of a company.
