I was unable to obtain warranted service on my vehicle because Auto Service warranty, Inc apparently went out of business w/o having the decency to inform warranty contract holders.  I will never buy another one.

"..apparently went out of business w/o having the decency to inform warranty contract

holders."

Do you really think them informing you would have made ANY difference?

They would have still gone out of business, likely declared insolvency and the result would be the same.
