In A Word Gift Card? Who wants a gift card for $2.43 on a return? They Pass these plastic for a refund I am refunding it not buying for a freaking holiday gift. Fuel pump Relay for 1988 Bronco retuned on a later same day never used didnt fit after aguring for 10mins and swearing i had shown the recipt on a early return when i got my first gift card(by the way the salesman said he never saw my recept) Which I had the recipt the first time and the second in front of the manger but still the sales man said I never had??? Of course the Manger found me at fault! what happen to customor never wrong policy?Never Ever bring Nothing Back to this Store or you have a gift card to go back there with when you dont want to be there in the first PLACE!

You did not have a receipt!

As a former employee, you need a receipt for all returns. No ifs, ands, or buts! If you really had a receipt, you would have been given a refund according to what what you had paid with, ie, cash, credit card, ect..

Also a fuel relay does not run that cheap. $5.00 or more might have been closer to the coorect amount. I know Fords, so don't try and B.S. me!

Also, I can tell you have never work retail. The customer tends to wrong far more then they are right. And I can tell you are one of those who tends to be wrong a lot more then right.

Use common sense, always keep and have ready your receipt when you return merchandise.
