On 09/13/06 Avondale Suzuki had a model year end clearance! this 2006 Suzuki Forenza was at $9,740
$99 down and only $99 per month.

Dave Peacock fleet/Internet Director call to tell us that he can get this car with everthing included if we come down right now.

the car Alarm the paint protection warranty and follow-up program all included in the price of the car.

all of this he put on paper it came to $13,433.58 at $240 a month. from that point on. I was delayed for hours in the purchase which should have been completed

Now it is 11:00 PM and we want to go home But now we are introduced to Finance Manager Sabeur Abidi, for service contract now this was to be
included in the price of the car Dave Peacock said.

we have never goten a new car be for,we did not know how much they are Liars and Con artist and will rip you off,

this car that was $13,433.58 is now 18,636.11
and Payment of $316 and that is with no service contract, and be for financing.

We try over and over to get them to make it right,and they delayed us over and over,

they tell us they will fix it, but they have not, and will not call us back, they will not e mail us back,we have try a lot more thing to, this has been a nightmare,

Rip-Off Dishonest Liars, and they don't care what you do or say.

Dave come on now,you are not being Honest...

let me give you a little clarification...I hope that this conversation was recorded, becouse I was on the line to, and the conversation went, if you come down right now David I can sell you this 2006 Suzuki Forenza for $9,740. and $99. down. David said the payment can not be over $250. that is all I can afford,

You came back and said if you come down now I will make your payment $240.with financing of 4.7%

you said that you have sold 29 car, and you need to sell just one more to stay on top, but it has to be tonight, and if you come right now, I will includes car Alarm and all the rest, everthing
is what you said.

Then I said I do not want to drive David and his mother down there if you are not going to do this.

Dave, I have very good hearing,and this is what you said.

The Rip-Off Report, on you and Sabeur are true.
David Submitted this Report after he had No responds from you or Sabeur,

and when we went there you still was not around, and Sabeur claim that you were dishonesty with us, and had us sing a complaint form and he said he was going to report you for what you did to us,

Sabeur said he can not help us, but he said he will get some one that can, and they will call in a day or to, and David thanked him, But No one Call, Lies and more Lies...

Avondale Suzuki Dave, you are dishonesty.

David is completely satisfied with the car.
he is not satisfied that you Rip him off,

and When did you bend over backwards to make this complaint right.I know what said, it is unfortunate you did this, you are one of the reasons your dealership geting a Rip-Off Reports you are dishonesty..

thank you for your rebuttal, I have called Mr Craig Darling to see if he would help me with Mr Dave Peacock, Fortunately he to would not call us back. I left (Info) saying that Mr Peacock was Dishonest to us and keep puting us off wouldn't do anything to help us, But No call back, and as all of this is going on, we get a thank you card from Mr Peacock, saying he is here just a phone call away if we need something, and Please let him have the survey so he can fill it out and Please let him take care of it, and he will give us a nice gift, if we do this.
I kept this card, and he calls me Ignorant.

Sorry about your time spent in Avondale Suzuki. Have you called Mr. Craig Darling, the "real" Fleet/Internet Director? He is located in the Avondale Dodge Dealership. Mr. John Grant owns all of these dealerships and his brother Kevin Grant is the General Manager. His other kin is Josh Grant and he is the Used Car Manager. All of these folks are located with the Avondale Dodge Dealership. I would have expected a much more professional response from Mr. Peacock. His response just solidifies how that company does business.

Dave first of all you are right to call me ignorant, I was to think that you where being honost with us, A little clarification for you...We tried to get in touch with you and or anybody that had any authority to listen to my complaint by the end of the three day period, we left many messages and it took eight days for someone to call back. appairently los vegas was more important to you,,we tried to get you to call us back, and not just you, your boss - we called the owner of Suzuki... and NO one would call us back. When we did get you on the phone you said you have been so busy that you couldn't even answer your cell phone. The bottom line is Dave your price of 13,433.58 became $18,636.11. As far as Mr. Abidi he also said he accidently marked us down for the gold warrinty package which would not matter in the price. I have tosay that you people are very good at what you do, but I will never recomend Avendale Suzuki to any one. I't took me to threaten to picket outside your lot before someone else took care of the some of the problem. Which dropped the price down $3,000 but the payment is still $316. P.S. You also told our insurence company the quoted price, so with my mother and wife that makes 4 to 1 you do the math.

First, Mr. David ****, a little clarification You bought your 2006 Suzuki Forenza below invoice and at our ad price. The $99 down $99 a month is on our used vehicle ad.

Next, the warranty on a Suzuki is the best in the car business...36 month 36K bumper-to-bumper that includes a loaner car program and roadside assistance; you also receive a 100,000 mile drive train warranty all ZERO deductible and fully transferable.

Yes, the deal included the standard warranty, Auto Butler and Vehicle Theft Registration. This is what you were promised by me. Think about it Mr. ****, the price and payment you wanted you received before you left me to speak with Finance Manager Sabeur Abidi.

You SIR bought extra Service contracts and Alarm through our finance department; AND YES this is all on paper and fully provable that you are in the wrong by accusing me and my dealership of lies. We also have the phone conversation between you and me. Interestingly enough, the recording was used as a training tool by the General Manager.

You owe me and my dealership an apology! You have smeared my name with no proof or provocation.

Here is the thing Mr. **** ... My dealership is #1 for many reasons we do whatever-it-takes to be sure our guests are completely satisfied. We bent over backwards for you throughout your complaint and you were agreeable every time you came in. You even thanked us for our efforts.

Avondale Suzuki is one of if not the only dealership in the state that offers a 3 DAY UNCONDITIONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. IF YOU WERE SO UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT?

I wish you luck in your future endeavors. It is unfortunate that you had to take out your frustrations of being ignorant on me and my dealership's good name.
