Recently I've filed my complaints regarding the Industry.
However, curiosity impelled many many questions. . .

Dec 1995 (ex) Pres. Clinton signed Legislation to abolish the ICC that governs and regulates the transportation industry for the sake of costs cutting (trimming the fat if you will). To date the industry remains unregulated; debates continue to further deregulate the industry even further. And now despite thousands upon thousands of complaints & multi-millions of dollars being extorted from consumers every year with local law enforcement having virtually little or no knowledge on the simply fact that they Can assist the consumers (ultimately the victims). FBI investigations are lengthy at best and produce, ever so offend a few arrests. Meanwhile the motor-carrier agency focuses on safety, and does not have the staff to police moving company's fraudulent behavior.

But did you know

When action is finally taken for their conspiracy, extortion (hostage-freight), consumer fraud, tax fraud, coercion, negligence and breach of contract, hiring illegal aliens, intentional misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, and negligent infliction of emotional distress they are fined and sometimes jailed (more or less a slap on the hand) AND Then Given a Free Plane Ride Home. Leaving their successor to take over where they left off. This is not limiting to a few bad apples in the bunch, we are talking a large scaled crime syndicate. A Maifia.

So it came to one in particular question that I just couldn't shake ~

Is our government allowing these crooks to fund their own Cause'? If so, then Why???

Honestly, it didn't take much research to uncover, the hard to swallow, reality.
