AY Transport Inc Never received the stuff false promises San Jose California

AY Transport picked up my house hold goods on 04-Aug-2002 from San Jose, CA and said that they will deliver my goods in 7 to 14 days at San Antonio, TX

After 7 days I called them four times with a gap of 2 to 3 days and every time I call them they say that My stuff is being loaded into the truck as we speak and I called then yesterday which is on 27-Aug-2002 and I was shocked to hear from them that they can only deliver me my goods by 01-Sep-2002. I am sure they will not stand by that promise either.

Expecting the goods to arrive by 10-Aug-2002 I rented an apartment in San Antonio, TX and moved into it after borrowing a bed-in-a-bag from an friend of mine. After Losing hope on the movers I bought an air bed, some utensils, some clothes as I brought with me only goods I thought will require for 14 days(Which was the max time that they gave to deliver my goods)

The tragic thing is that My wife is pregnent stays at home and she started getting all kinds of pains as she has to sit on the ground and get up several times of the day and she also started getting sick and dippressed staying in empty house for almost 20 days now.

I am still waiting for that day when I can see my stuff and guess what me and my wife have planned to celebrate ourselves on that happiest day (If it is there)
