I worked with this company for about 3 months. The 1st month, everything seemed fine, but by the middle of the 2nd month, I was ready to quit.

Babytobee tells its virtual staff (who log in from different locations) that we're supposed to be generating leads from parents who registered for free things for their baby. Our "predictive" dialing system is highly simplified and would always have problems, up to and including freezing while on the line with a parent, or simply taking too long to load. After all was said and done, parents would become frustrated or angry, not allowing us to speak with them. We were also to generate a minimum of 1600 points per hour in order to stay hired by them, or we would be dropped like flies.

We tell the parents they are receiving hundreds of dollars worth of free things, but these things were ridiculous. We'd give them emails for things like Enfamil, car loans, all kinds of useless crap which nobody wants or needs for their baby! In addition, we'd offer them auto loans through Fast Lane, which has no partner site for us to look at! And we'd try to get parents to accept EasySaver trials for $1.95 in order to get a "book of coupons" allowing them to save up to $1000 or more. . . (and then they'd be automatically charged!) The best part is, we'd tell them they'd qualify for a $25 gift card as well as a $100 Savings Bond.

I'll keep it real.

We (the agents) were made to feel as if we were doing something good, and we were also pressured to perform. The AgentSupport staff was ridiculous... and they always blamed the system problems on YOUR Java. I had a brand new computer with VISTA on it! With AntiVirus and a LOAD of memory... it wasn't my computer at all! It was YOU guys. In addition, when ever you said anything negative, you were in trouble with the staff.

Let me give you the names of the offers and what you'll get

"Clean Home Journal" - emails (this is actually a good one, but WHAT does this have to do with babies?)

"Baskin Robbins"

"Diet Fit"

"Cruise Tickets for $59"

"Lane Bryant Sweepstakes"

All of these offers you can sign up for yourself on the Internet!



As a former employee of BabytoBee, I apologize. I sincerely thought I was trying to help parents, and I am very wrong. Don't waste your time with htem.
And if they call, tell them you are NOT interested and DO NOT CALL.

If you hang up on them, they'll tell the agent to assume the caller got disconnected by accident.

There is no way to document how many times a person was called in the system or how often. We can't even write notes. All we can say is successul completed call ... answering machine... call later... disconnected... and wrong number or Do not call. I was fired for putting all these people on the DNC list, because I would notice HOW OLD and long ago these people were probably registered.

ANYONE can register you, and when they do, it gives Babytobee the legal right to call... whether youre on the DNC list or not... their call back numbers are only to get straight to an agent... There is no immediate supervisor...because these are virtual offices...


Agentsupport@babytobee.com is how you get in contact with a supervisor.... there's no other way. The agent support staff is even rude to their agents... so don't expect to be treated respectfully... and they'll NEVER call.

All in all....

The job did pay steady... and weekly...but it's draining to be unethical to people and lie. I knew it was a lie when I signed myself up and got nothing but garbage in my inbox and nothing in the mail!

I don't know what that persons problem is, maybe they have never done this kind of work before I guess. But babytobee is NOT A SCAM!! They send samples and coupons and baby product out for the baby and family. All of the additional offers for the family, are clearly read for the parent to CHOOSE if they want it or not. They are never blindly guided to do or pay for something they don't want. And that is FACT! They will even terminate agents contract if they were to sign a parent up for something they clearly said NO to. I have been with babytobee for 7 months now and many agents have been with them for years. And by the way if this was so much of a scam why did the complainant get paid every week on schedule? And by the way, I speak to many parents who tell me about all the samples and magazines they get in the mail from us.

I have worked for Babytobee.com for 3 months now, and I Love it. It is a great job, that allows me to work my own hours, and talk to many expectant mothers and fathers. Most of whom are glad to talk to me. We help them by getting them in touch with companies who can assist them in may ways,

I personally have worked for big Corporations(Bank of America, i think that's pretty big) before, and I think that babytobee.com management team, and support staff(agent support), rank right up there with the best of them. I have nothing but great things to say about anyone that I have had the pleasure to speak with throughout the entire organization.

Don't get me wrong, the job is not for the meek, or anyone who does not like to be challenged. It is challenging, but like everything in life, anything worth while takes hard work, effort, and perserverance before it pays off. So I think it very fitting in this instant to tell whoever filed this complaint.....

"Don't hate the Player, Hate the game"
