BADASS Wrestle Wear ripoff! These con artists sure give you the run around! Atlanta Georgia

I am a professional wrestler. And if you ever watched it on t.v. or seen it live; the outfits are something you can't just walk out to Wal-Mart and buy off a rack. These custom outfits are for the elite who are lucky enough to contact these taylors.

Back in 1997 I was lucky enough to be back stage at a WCW event and talked to the right people and was given the address of one Mr. Ken Timbs. I sent for a catalog and within a week I received a very impressive catalog and called him for an estimate. Back then he had his business under another name. So I sent a $300.00 money order for a three piece custom made wrestling outfit made mostly of spandex with a mask also.

After a few weeks of waiting I called to see the progress and was told "almost through". A week later nothing. So yet again I call and low and behold their phone worked but they experienced a "hurricane" in Atlanta which supposedly ripped the roof off of their wharehouse and had to make another. Week later I call and they said it got sent and I was to wait to verify my address. Week later he said it must "have got lost in the mail". Week later I no longer talked to Ken but some nerdy kid who miraciously was conviently always never there when I called.

Unfortunately I did not keep the receipt of the $300.00 money order when I attempted to contact the local police about the scam. So it was my fault for that. If at all anything Mr. Timbs (I use the Mr. quite loosely!); has taught me one thing and that is to keep my receipts. My loss and I tried forgetting about it until a few months later whenever I was told by a fellow wrestler he sent $25.00 off to Ken Timbs for some trunks and never got anything.

To all those wrestlers out there do not contact this man. There are better products out there for better prices like highspots.com, exotic Adarian Street , K & H Wrestling Gear, Mike Woody, misterwrestling.com, MidnightXpressgear.com but do not give this con man your time of day. Your fans and pocket book will thank you.
